TACHS Prep

TACHS preparation for New York families
The TACHS is an online admissions test used by participating Catholic high schools. It has six timed subtests that assess reading, written expression, mathematics, and reasoning. Regular testing takes about 2 hours 10 minutes, plus optional breaks. Calculators are not permitted.
Prime Prep helps students build skills and confidence for the test format. Admissions and scholarship decisions belong to individual schools, and no particular result is guaranteed.
What our TACHS prep focuses on:
• Reading comprehension, writing conventions, math, and reasoning.
• Guided practice with TACHS-style questions and clear explanations.
• Timed practice, pacing strategies, and no-calculator techniques.
• Targeted feedback and practice recommendations between sessions.
• Private or small-group prep options, based on availability.
